Some Bariatric surgery centers allow you to have regular sugar free protein drinks in stage 1. If so, I encourage it because they contain more protein per ounce than protein waters. Most allow you to have jello and sugar free popsicles but check your surgery center’s guidance to see if they have any restrictions.
