People always ask what i do for my workouts now. I havent lifted heavy in over 2 years, and to be honest have barely lost any muscle mass. I also dont miss my body hurting all the time. Currently I do functional training classes (dumbbells and kettlebells only) 3 times a week, and walk/stretch 3-4 times a week. Obviously this isn’t the only way to workout, but this is what ive been doing pretty much the last 2 years. #exercise #weightloss #workout #weightlosstransformation #bodytransformation #beforeandafter #squat #bariatricsurgery #fitness #health #gastricsleeve #vsg
