What if weightloss surgery doesn’t work for me?? I think this is the biggest self doubt a lot of us have when making the decision to have weightloss surgery. After years of neglecting my body, binge eating, yo-yo dieting and having no self confidence left that anything will work! Weightloss surgery is such a life changing decision which we certainly don’t make lightly but it’s a tool we can use to heal our mind and bodies! Don’t get me wrong it’s tough.. each day your new tummy is completely different and the emotions that go alongside it can be a rollercoaster! BUT! It Can Work For You! Use it correctly and you will see results and although we focus on the loss what’s so much more important is what you gain! I’m 4 months into my journey and I am gaining so many things but for me the confidence to believe in myself and self love has been massive.
