✨ TRANSFORMATION ✨ Who am I kidding.. The girl at the start of this journey was more than sad! I hated myself and what I had become and couldn’t see a way out! My mental health has suffered massively over the years with my weight. I’ve tried every diet going since being a teenager! And all of them worked for a while and then I would end up putting on more and more weight. I was always the fat friend who tried to join in all the activities and push myself out of comfort zone daily to try and fit in.. However.. since losing 50lbs it’s helping me love myself more, putting myself first and focusing on what I want and not be what I think people think I should be. My obesity is healing alongside my health, my life, my friendships and I’m so looking forward to losing another 50lbs and seeing what that does for my self esteem, my confidence and my health!
