🔥 Save this recipe (you won’t regret it!) 🍕👇 Ingredients for 3 servings as shown in 4 oz containers (adjust portions & ingredients to your own needs): • 6 oz lean ground beef • 1/2 tsp paprika powder • 1/2 tsp onion powder • 1/2 tsp garlic powder • salt and pepper to taste • 1/2 cup cottage cheese, blended • 1 cup marinara sauce • 1 cup shredded cheese • 9 small pepperoni slices For garnish: 🍃 Basil leaves Directions: 1️⃣ Preheat oven to 400F. 2️⃣ In a skillet add the ground beef, paprika powder, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper and bake at medium heat until browned, about 12 minutes. 3️⃣ In a oven safe dish, add the ground beef, cottage cheese and marinara sauce. Mix until well combined. 
4️⃣ Top with shredded cheese and pepperoni slices. 5️⃣ Place in oven until cheese is melted, about 15 minutes. 
6️⃣ Remove from oven and serve with a green salad. Recipe notes: 📝 Substitute the spices with 1/2 tbsp Italian seasoning. 📝 Substitute the ground beef for vegan “ground beef” or ground turkey for a different variety. 📝 Don’t like blended cottage cheese? Omit the cottage cheese altogether or substitute with heavy cream (does contain more fat and less protein!)
