Scenics for the Jet2 Boeing 757-200 Manchester (EGCC) to Tenerife (GCTS) This is a top quality FSX scenics by MikeyG. It was made from one of my most recent flights from Jet2. Thanks to MikeyG for his fantastic work. Enjoy : )
Using Windows Movie Maker i generated an exclusive preview of the flight, with FSX’s detailed scenery.
I edited it to remove the jet engine and refueling boom, and transponder warnings. Was taken at 13,000 feet.
It’s a nice FSX scenery of Manchester airport.(CNN) At least five people were killed and 14 more were injured in a mass shooting early Saturday in Fresno, California, according to the local sheriff’s office.
They said all three victims were shot inside an apartment in the city’s east side.
Fresno Police said in a statement that they responded to a report of a shooting at about 12:30 a.m. in the area of Belden Avenue and Stoneridge Avenue.
Authorities said four victims were transported to a local hospital, where they later died.
Two other victims were transported to a hospital in a private vehicle.
Is this a reasonable way to track the physical properties of things that float?
I was talking to a friend of mine about a possible means of combating the damage the ones of us are most concerned about tend to deal out, and he suggested some old-fashioned methods of tracking the physical properties of things that float.
He suggested using a reference cone and carefully folding the cone to find the lowest point, and he said that in order to really be rigorous, one could use the water temperature at that location to determine the standard height of the water and then the mass of the cone to find the area of a cylinder of a given height that has the same mass as the cone at its center.
I’ve asked him to outline the physics behind this idea, and he told me that the only assumption is that the water always does its thing in the same direction and at the same rate and level.
Is this a reasonable means of tracking things that float, or are the assumptions in this question a bit far-fetched?
Yes, this is an extremely common procedure in the oceanography. The standard topic seems to
